Multi-purpose roller set included in the machine delivery set enables square blank bending in the 2…35 and 40…46mm range (1mm pitch). The range is provided by roller installation as per table attached. The multi-purpose roller set can be extended up to 70mm by a universal set add-on (47…70mm with 1mm pitch).

The roll mill blocks are installed onto UMT CNC universal machine, the latter serving as a drive for the roll mill blocks. The roll mill block is designed for rolling bars, squares, circles and pipes using replaceable roll mills.

The forging furnace is designed for heating using liquefied gas and compressed air. Furnace rear wall can be removed to accommodate lengthy materials.
